Here is our selection of must-see places to explore during your stay.

ESTÉREL MASSIF

Between the sea and the mountains, the Estérel Massif is one of the most unique landscapes on the French Riviera. Its blood-red volcanic rocks contrast with the deep blue of the Mediterranean, creating a breathtaking spectacle. Marked trails for all levels allow you to explore this unspoiled massif on foot or by bike. Mont Vinaigre, the highest point at 614 meters, offers an unforgettable 360° panorama. A complete immersion in raw nature, just five minutes from the hotel.

CALANQUE D'AGAY

Nestled in a sheltered bay with turquoise waters, Agay is one of the most beautiful coves on the French Riviera. Ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports—kayaking, paddleboarding, and diving—it appeals to families and sea lovers alike. The seabed is rich and pristine. Accessible by car in ten minutes or by bicycle along the coast, it's the perfect nature getaway for a morning or a full afternoon.

COASTAL TRAIL

Walking along the sea, at the rhythm of the waves and the passing coves – that's what the Saint-Raphaël Coastal Path offers. From the Old Port, this coastal path winds its way to Agay through landscapes of pine forests and red rocks. Accessible to all, it can be explored in part or in its entirety, as you wish. Sunrise over the calanques, swimming breaks, picnics overlooking the sea: a simple and memorable experience, starting right from the hotel.

BEACHES

VEILLAT BEACH

Veillat Beach is the main beach in Saint-Raphaël – just a five-minute walk from the hotel. Long, well-equipped, and lively without being overcrowded, it offers direct access to the sea in a pleasant setting. Sun loungers, beach restaurants, and water sports are all available. It's ideal for a spontaneous morning or a relaxing end to the day. For those who want to enjoy the sea without going any further, it's the obvious choice.

BOULOURIS BEACHES

A few kilometers from the town center, Boulouris reveals a string of secluded little beaches, fringed by umbrella pines and red rocks. Less crowded, they appeal to those seeking peace and authenticity. The water is clear, the setting wild. Several coves follow one after another, each with its own character. People come here to truly disconnect—to read, swim, do nothing. A striking contrast to the bustle of the larger beaches, just ten minutes from the hotel.

HISTORICAL

Fréjus Antique

Just an eight-minute drive away, Fréjus boasts one of the richest Roman heritages in France. Founded by Julius Caesar, the town preserves exceptional remains: a 2nd-century arena still used for performances, an aqueduct, a Roman theater, and the Lantern of Augustus. A journey back in time, just steps from the beach. Explore at your own pace, independently or with a guide. A must for history buffs, a delightful surprise for everyone else. Fréjus never fails to impress.

Fréjus Cathedral and Cloister

In the heart of Fréjus' old town, the episcopal complex forms a medieval architectural gem. The 12th-century cathedral, the cloister with its marble columns and painted ceilings, and the early Christian baptistery—one of the oldest in France—comprise a site of rare historical density. The atmosphere is peaceful and timeless. The visit lasts approximately one hour and can easily be combined with a stroll through the narrow streets of Fréjus, renowned for their culinary delights.

LEISURE - ACTIVITIES

SCUBA DIVING

The seabed off Saint-Raphaël is among the richest in the Mediterranean. World War II shipwrecks, drop-offs, Posidonia seagrass meadows, and colorful marine life—dive sites abound from the port. Several certified centers welcome both beginners and experienced divers. An introductory dive can be taken from the very first day. For experienced divers, the wrecks of the Lion de Mer and the Rubis are legendary dives. Here, the sea reveals another dimension, as beautiful as that above ground.

SEA EXCURSIONS

From the Old Port, shuttle boats and excursions regularly serve the Lérins Islands, the Esterel coves, and Saint-Tropez. In just one hour, the scenery changes completely. Some operators offer private trips for a sunset at sea, an aperitif offshore, or a full day of coastal exploration. It's often the perspective that's missing to truly appreciate how extraordinary this coastline is—seen from the sea, Saint-Raphaël takes on a whole new dimension.

SAINT-RAPHAËL PROVENÇAL MARKET

Four mornings a week—Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday—the open-air market in Saint-Raphaël fills the town center with its vibrant colors and aromas. Olives, cheeses, tapenade, flowers, spices, and sun-drenched fruits: it's Provence in all its intensity. A local experience not to be missed. The perfect place to put together a picnic before a day at sea or exploring the Esterel mountains. Just a ten-minute walk from the hotel, it fits seamlessly into your stay.
